Telegram bots for business: real-world scenarios

What a Telegram bot can handle today, and when it replaces a full app — and when it does not.

Telegram is one of the most widely used messengers across CIS markets and beyond. Most of your clients are already there, and they do not need to install anything to start interacting with your business. That is what makes Telegram bots a fast and cost-effective automation tool.

Booking and appointments

The bot asks the client a few questions, shows available slots from your schedule and records the booking. No phone calls, no "we'll call you back". A confirmation and a reminder the day before the visit are sent automatically. Works well for salons, clinics, fitness studios and consultants.

Taking and routing requests

A client writes a request — the bot collects the necessary details through a structured flow and passes the finished request to your CRM or notifies the responsible manager. Requests never get lost in conversation threads, and each one contains structured data. If you have multiple departments, the bot routes each enquiry to the right person immediately.

Lead capture

The bot replaces a form on your website: it asks qualification questions, collects a contact and pushes the lead into the pipeline. Conversion from a conversational flow is usually higher than from a static form — the client feels a live interaction.

Notifications and reminders

  • Order or delivery status updates
  • Payment due dates or deadline reminders
  • New documents, invoices or tasks
  • Appointment, event or promotion announcements

All of this can be sent through the bot without any staff involvement.

Simple sales funnels

A small catalogue, a "Buy" button, a link to checkout — that is enough for straightforward products or a first touchpoint. We integrate bots with payment providers so clients can pay directly inside the chat.

Integrations with CRM and payment systems

A bot does not live in isolation. We connect it to your CRM, spreadsheets, databases or external services. A new request instantly creates a card in the CRM, a payment is recorded in the accounting system, and the manager gets a notification at exactly the right moment.

When a bot is enough, and when you need a full app

A bot handles linear scenarios well: book, clarify, remind, notify, take a simple order. If you need a complex personal dashboard, a custom interface, file handling or detailed client-side analytics, a bot reaches its limits. We are straightforward about when it makes sense to go further.

A well-built bot saves staff time and reduces the support load. A poorly built one frustrates clients with endless buttons. The difference lies in mapping the scenarios before development begins.
