We collect only the data you leave in the request form yourself: your name, a contact (phone, email or Telegram) and a description of your task. The site uses no analytics systems or third-party trackers.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data based on the consent you give when submitting the form. The sole purpose is to contact you about your request and discuss the project. We do not use the data for marketing mailings.
Sharing and cross-border processing
Requests are delivered to our team through the Telegram messenger, so the form contents pass through Telegram's servers, which may be located outside your country. We involve no other third parties in the processing and never sell your data.
Retention period
We keep request data only as long as needed to communicate about your request, and delete it once the communication is complete or at your request.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us on Telegram @Cortex_Flow. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the personal data protection authority in your country.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only one technical setting — your chosen colour theme — is stored in your browser; it is not sent to the server and does not identify you.
